Creating and managing flows
Complete guide to building and managing your Flows
A Flow is your complete system for one offer: traffic, Sales Agent conversations, funnel steps, nurture, and reporting.
Creating a new flow
Step 1: Go to flows
Open Flows from the sidebar and click Create Flow.
Step 2: Pick the first offer
Choose the first offer your Sales Agent will present:
- Free Consultation Funnel
- Paid Consultation Funnel
- Low-Ticket Funnel
- Webinar / Workshop Funnel
- Trial Funnel
- Book Funnel
- Demo / VSL Funnel
- Community Funnel
Step 3: Add offer details
Add the link or details your funnel needs: booking link, webinar registration, trial page, book page, or community link.
Step 4: Build the flow
The builder has three columns:
- Traffic Agents - LinkedIn or Instagram
- Conversion Agents - the funnel for your first offer
- Nurture Agents - email follow-up
Step 5: Review each tab
Open the Flow and check:
- Traffic Agents - content, promo, and people (sales conversation settings live inside the matching Conversion Agent)
- Conversion Agents - first offer, checkout or booking, upsells, downsells, thank-you
- Nurture Agents - email follow-up
A separate Analytics view (not a tab) shows performance once activity starts.
Step 6: Launch the flow
Click Launch. Agents ramp up gradually so your connected accounts stay safe and activity looks natural.

Scaling your flows
Running multiple flows
- Distinct Audiences or Offers: Create separate Flows for different market segments or products
- Avoid Overlap: System prevents same contact from being in multiple Flows simultaneously
- Stagger Launches: Deploy one new Flow at a time, monitor for 1-2 weeks, then launch next
Optimizing conversions
- Improve the first offer: Clearer offer details make the Sales Agent sharper
- Review conversations: Learn what leads actually care about
- Refine Your Offers: Adjust based on what people actually respond to
- Quality Over Quantity: Focus on leads who become paying clients
Remember: One well-optimized Flow is better than five mediocre ones. Start with one, perfect it, then scale.
