Checkout, order bumps, and after-purchase offers
How a DM conversation turns into a paid checkout, with an optional add-on and a post-purchase offer sequence
When your offer is something a lead can buy directly, your Sales Agent can send them to a hosted checkout page on your own domain instead of a generic payment link.
Pre-filled checkout
If the lead already gave you their name and email in the conversation, checkout can arrive with those fields already filled in, so they do not have to retype what they already told you. They can still change anything before paying.
Order bumps
You can offer one small add-on right on the checkout page, before payment — a single checkbox the lead can add with one click. It is included in the same charge, so there is no separate payment step.
After-purchase upsell and downsell offers
Once someone pays, you can present a follow-up offer on the thank-you screen: a one-click upsell if you want to offer something bigger, or a softer downsell if you would rather offer something smaller after a "no." Accepting charges the same card with one click — no new checkout to fill out.
Each of these after-purchase offer links is single-use and expires after a matter of days, so they cannot be reopened, reused, or forwarded to someone else later.
These steps are configured per Offer in your Conversion Agents settings — set up your first offer, then add the order bump and any upsell or downsell steps you want to follow it.
