What are offers?
Understand how Offers define what your Sales Agent presents
An Offer is what your Sales Agent is trying to get someone to buy, book, join, register for, or start.
Examples of offers
- Free consultation
- Paid consultation
- Low-ticket offer
- Webinar or workshop
- Trial
- Book
- Demo or VSL
- Community
Which offers can use your own link
Three of these — Webinar, Trial, and Community — can send people to your own link instead of a Clients.ai checkout, because the thing you are sending them to already lives somewhere else. The rest either always use a Clients.ai checkout, or always use a booking or quiz link. The offer types covers each one and the reason behind it.
Why define offers?
Each Flow starts with one Offer. The AI uses your Offer details to personalize:
- Content and messaging
- Email sequences
- Funnel copy
- Sales Agent positioning
- Social media posts
The more specific your Offer definition, the better your AI-generated content performs.
Managing offers
You can create and manage Offers, along with testimonials, in Settings → Offers.
For each Offer, you can define:
- Offer Name - e.g., "Free Marketing Audit"
- Description - What they get
- Price Point - Free, paid, or specific amount
- Primary Benefits - 3-5 key benefits
- Offer Link or Details - Booking link, webinar page, trial page, book page, or community link
AI-generated offers
Click "Generate with AI" and the system will create an Offer based on your company information. You can then edit the generated content to match your exact needs.
