When your offer includes booking a call, it runs on punctual.ai — your scheduling platform, included in your subscription. Clients.ai handles the whole process for you: checking availability, sending confirmations and reminders, and letting the lead manage their own booking.

Real availability, no double-booking

Every time slot shown to a lead is checked against your set availability and your existing bookings before it's offered. If your Google Calendar is connected, open slots are also checked against your calendar's busy times, so a lead can't book over a meeting you already have.

Confirmation and reminders

As soon as someone books, they get an automatic confirmation email with a calendar file attached, so the call goes straight onto their calendar. Reminder emails go out on their own before the call — no need to send them yourself.

Self-serve reschedule and cancel

Every booking includes a private link the lead can use to reschedule or cancel it themselves, without needing to reach you first. A new time goes through the same availability and calendar checks.

Qualifying questions before someone can book

If you want to screen who gets time on your calendar, you can require a few quick questions before booking is allowed. If someone's answers raise a flag, they aren't turned away automatically — you get their answers by email and decide whether to let them book anyway.

A real read on who you're about to talk to

Before a booked call, punctual.ai puts together a call-prep briefing for you — not a form summary or a personality quiz, but an actual read of how the lead has been showing up in their conversation with your Sales Agent: what they care about, how to talk to them, what pulls them in, and what makes them pull back. It shows up in your reminder email and inside your account, so you walk into the call already knowing who you're talking to. This only gets created when there's a real conversation to draw from.
