Creating Your First Agent Flow

Step-by-step guide to building and launching your first automated Flow.

How do I adjust or launch AI agents

Ready to build your first AI-powered Flow? Follow these steps:

Step 1: Go to Flows

Log in to Clients.ai and navigate to the "Flows" section in the sidebar. Click "Create Flow" to begin.

Step 2: Select Your Offer

Choose what you want to drive leads TO. Select ONE per Flow:

  • Free or low-ticket Consultation call
  • Webinar / Workshop / Challenge or Mini-Course
  • Live Demo / Video Demo / VSL
  • Paid Consultation
  • Trial Offer or Community
  • Low-Ticket Entry Product
  • Free + Shipping offer
  • High-Ticket Product or Service

Step 3: Enter Your Target Action URL

Provide the link where you want leads to go—your Calendly booking page, Stripe checkout, registration form, etc. This is where your Agents will send people ready to buy or book.

Step 4: Drag in Your Agents

You'll see three columns in the builder:

Traffic Agents (Left Column):

Drag in agents that create social media content:

  • LinkedIn Post Agent - Creates and schedules LinkedIn posts
  • Pinterest Agent - Creates pins
  • Reddit Agent - Posts in relevant subreddits

Configure posting frequency and timing by clicking the gear icon on each.

Conversion Agents (Middle Column):

Drag in agents that create personalized landing pages and resources:

  • Quiz Agent - Builds interactive quizzes
  • Website Scan Agent - Analyzes prospect websites
  • Checklist Agent - Creates personalized checklists
  • Guide Agent - Generates downloadable guides
  • Worksheet Agent - Interactive fill-in worksheets
  • Planner Agent - Custom planning templates

Each Conversion Agent automatically generates its own lead magnet and landing page. Click any agent to customize the page design and copy.

Follow-Up Agents (Right Column):

Drag in agents that nurture leads over time:

  • 7-Day Launch Agent - Automated 7-day email sequence after opt-in
  • Newsletter Agent - Ongoing newsletter (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly)
  • Infinity Mode - Continuous value delivery until conversion

Step 5: Configure Agent Settings

Click the gear icon on any agent to adjust:

  • Traffic Agents: Posting schedule, content type (text/article/image), time of day
  • Conversion Agents: Landing page branding, headlines, form fields, CTA text
  • Follow-Up Agents: Email timing, scarcity level (1-5), tone adjustments

Use the "Overrides" text box to give plain-English instructions:

  • "Make posts sound more casual"
  • "Add urgency to day 5 email"
  • "Focus on ROI in headlines"

Step 6: Test Your Flow

Click "Simulate" or "Test" to preview:

  • What your landing pages look like
  • What emails will be sent and when
  • What social posts will be created
  • The entire user journey from opt-in to conversion

Make any final adjustments.

Step 7: Launch

Toggle "Active" or click "Done". Your Flow is now live!

What Happens Next:

  • Traffic Agents begin creating and scheduling social media posts within 24-48 hours
  • Conversion Agents generate personalized landing pages for each lead who opts in
  • Follow-Up Agents queue email sequences that send automatically based on your schedule
  • All activity appears on your Dashboard in real-time
  • Leads flow into your Leads page as they opt in

You can pause or stop the Flow anytime using the toggle on the Flows page. You can also edit Agent settings on the fly without disrupting the campaign.

Repeat for Additional Flows:

Create multiple Flows for different offers, audiences, or products. Each Flow operates independently with its own Agents and tracking.

Your first Flow is now working 24/7 to bring you new clients!
