Navigating the Clients.ai dashboard
Learn how to navigate and use the Clients.ai dashboard effectively
Navigating the Clients.ai members area
When you log in to Clients.ai, you're landing directly in your Command Center. This is your dashboard—your main control room. You can see everything happening in your business at a glance. The design is simple on purpose, because complexity is the enemy of execution.
Dashboard home
Think of this as your business's heartbeat. It's your real-time summary, your pulse-check. You log in and immediately know:
- How many leads came in today?
- How many Flows are active?
- What's happening right now?
It also shows recent activities from your AI Agents. If an Agent completes a task or a new lead pops in, you'll see it live. This is how you stay connected to your growth at every moment, zero guesswork.
Agents
Agents are your AI workforce. This is where you meet them and run them manually if needed. The Agents page shows:
- Suggested Agents - Pre-configured agents ready to deploy in your Flows
- Traffic Agents - LinkedIn and Instagram agents for content, prospecting, and DMs
- Conversion Agents - Create the funnel for the offer you want to sell, book, or grow
- Bonus Agents - Strategic Partner Analyst, Competition Detective, Target Market Profiler
- Agent Execution - Run agents manually to generate analysis and insights
- Working Hours - Your monthly AI capacity for agent activity
- Performance Charts - See how agents are performing over time
All Agents integrate with your company information automatically—they read your website when you sign up and understand your business deeply.
Flows
Flows are your complete AI-powered client-getting systems. This is where you manage traffic, sales conversations, funnels, nurture, and analytics for each offer.
Leads
Your lead database. Every person who enters one of your Flows appears here with:
- Contact information (email, name, website if collected)
- Which Flow they came from
- Submission date and time
- Any form responses or conversation context
- Engagement history
Features:
- Search and filter by Flow or date
- Export leads as CSV
- Import existing lists via CSV upload
- View individual lead details
Settings
Your control center for configuration, with five sections:
Business Profile
- Company name, industry, business description
- Target audience and their pain points
- Primary products or services and your main company goal
Email Settings
- Verify the sender name, email address, and mailing address your agents send follow-up emails from
- No password or SMTP setup needed — just verify an address you own
- Default: emails send from Clients.ai's own address until you verify your own
Social Media

- Instagram: Connect your account for Instagram posts and DMs
- View connection status
