Access at /settings/social-integrations

Connect LinkedIn or Instagram to enable Traffic Agents, content, prospecting, and Sales Agent conversations.

LinkedIn

What LinkedIn enables

• LinkedIn content
• Promo activity that finds and warms up prospects
• Sales Agent DMs
• Contact and lead context

Connection steps

1. Click "Connect LinkedIn"
2. Complete the connection window
3. Wait for the connection status to show connected
4. Open your Flow and launch the LinkedIn Agent

What you can do once connected

• Use the LinkedIn Agent in a Flow
• Preview scheduled content
• Run promo activity
• Enable Sales Agent conversations
• Exclude people you do not want contacted

Instagram

What Instagram enables

• Instagram content
• Instagram DM outreach
• Sales Agent conversations through Instagram

Connection steps

1. Click "Connect Instagram"
2. Complete the connection window
3. Wait for the connection status to show connected
4. Open your Flow and launch the Instagram Agent

Disconnecting

You can disconnect a social account from Settings → Social Integrations. Future activity stops for that account, but existing Flow data is preserved.

Safety

• Agents ramp up gradually
• Activity is paced to look natural
• You can pause a Flow at any time
• You can exclude specific people from Sales Agent outreach

Troubleshooting

Connection failed

• Try connecting again
• Make sure popup blockers are not blocking the connection window
• Check that you are logged into the right social account
• Contact support if it keeps failing

Account needs attention

• Reconnect the account
• Pause the Flow if the platform asks for manual review
• Wait before restarting if the account was recently restricted

Connection status

• Green Checkmark - Connected and active
• Red X - Not connected
• Warning - Connected but needs attention or reconnecting

What Clients.ai does with connected accounts

• Posts content on your behalf (if Traffic Agents enabled)
• Sends Sales Agent messages when enabled
• Reads profile and conversation context needed for the Flow
• Tracks activity so you can review what happened

Data security

• Credentials encrypted
• Minimal permissions requested
• Activity looks like human behavior (rate-limited)

Revoking access

You can disconnect inside Clients.ai. You can also revoke access from LinkedIn or Instagram directly.
