Access at /settings/business-details
Company information
Edit these fields:
- Company Name - Your business name
- Industry - Select from dropdown
- Business Description - Brief company overview
- Primary Company Goal - What you're optimizing for right now
- Primary Products or Services - What you offer
- Target Audience - Who you serve (be specific!)
- Target Audience Pain Points - Problems you solve
Your website is set when you sign up, based on the information Clients.ai gathers from it at that time.
Offers and testimonials
Offers and testimonials live on their own page — Settings → Offers — not on this one. See "What are offers?" for how to create and manage them.

- Generate content in your brand voice
- Target the right audience
- Address the things your clients struggle with
- Create compelling offers
- Personalize messaging
The more complete and accurate your Business Details, the better your Agents perform.
