What does pricing look like?

Clients.ai offers several plans based on the number of Agents and usage levels. We provide an 18-day free trial to get you started with no risk. During the trial, you can use the platform fully. After the trial, plans are subscription-based.

Key Pricing Info:

• 18-day free trial: Full platform access to explore all features
• Working Hours: Think of these as your agents' monthly schedule — each email, post, or follow-up they send uses one hour. Your plan gives them a set number of hours each month.
• Top-ups: When your agents run out of hours, we automatically top up so they stay on the clock — no interruptions, no missed leads
• Locked pricing: Pricing often increases as we release new features, but existing members lock their price in—your subscription rate never increases

What Uses Your Hours:

• Every task your agents complete — a personalized email, a LinkedIn post, a lead follow-up — uses one hour
• Hours are used automatically as your Flows run — no tracking needed
• Testing a Flow or reviewing saved results doesn't touch your hours
