Can I cancel if I'm not satisfied?

Yes. You're never locked in long-term. If Clients.ai isn't the right fit, you can cancel your subscription directly from Settings → Billing with one click.

How to Cancel:

1. Go to Settings (profile icon, top right)
2. Click "Billing"
3. Click "Cancel Subscription"
4. Confirm cancellation

What Happens When You Cancel:

• If you cancel during the trial period, you won't be charged
• If you're on a paid plan and cancel, you'll finish out the period you've paid for (e.g., the month or year) and not be billed further
• Your Flows will stop running at the end of your billing period
• Your data remains accessible until the end of the billing period
• You can export your leads before cancellation

If you cancel and want to come back later, you can reactivate your subscription anytime from Settings → Billing.
