1) Turn onboarding into a delivery promise. Name 3 milestones, attach exact dates, and send a one page timeline the client can screenshot. No vague language. Clear dates beat persuasive copy every time
2) Automate no-surprise status updates. A weekly 90 second note that shows progress, next step, and any blocker kills anxiety. Use an agent to pull task status and client-friendly language so you never forget to send it
3) Build a 30 day micro-guarantee. Say you will hit milestone 1 or you refund X or add a free sprint. It reduces friction and makes your work look lower risk which increases conversion and retention
