How the Clients.ai LinkedIn agent works

Your LinkedIn is where your next client already is. The Clients.ai LinkedIn agent works it for you, the way a disciplined operator would: it posts, finds and scores the right people, engages them with comments and invites, holds real DM conversations, and follows up — every day, within limits you set. No more staring at a blank post box. No more chasing people who went quiet.

What you connect and configure

You connect your LinkedIn account once, then configure the agent: your offer, instructions and tone, posting frequency and time of day, daily activity limits, and whether it may initiate conversations or should run in reply-only mode (respond to inbound messages, never start them). Posting can target your personal profile or a company page you manage.

Actions it can take

On the content side: writing and publishing posts (text and image). On the outreach side: searching for relevant people, engaging posts with comments and reactions, sending and withdrawing connection invites, sending direct messages and InMail, endorsing skills, and running follow-ups with reply detection — so a lead who answered isn’t chased again.

Conversations

When someone replies or messages first, the conversation agent takes over the thread: it reads the context, answers like a person, and brings up your offer only when the conversation has earned it. Messages send autonomously — the way to build confidence is to test it yourself first: message your own agent as a hard-nosed prospect, watch how it handles you, adjust the instructions, and go live when it meets your bar.

Safeguards and limits

Activity runs under your configured daily limits and schedule. Outreach and messaging paths have hard gates: nothing initiates while the agent is off, reply-only mode blocks proactive sends, and outreach automatically pauses when there is no active campaign behind it. If a conversation needs the real you, the agent can alert you and stand down while the lead is talking to the human owner.

Current status

Everything above describes shipped behavior in the current product. Where the product is still expanding (additional channels, deeper calendar integration), those pages say so explicitly rather than claiming it early.
