We blew $40k on ads because our landing pages were "good enough" - biggest screw-up that taught us the ugly truth about client acquisition. Why it failed: clicks ≠ commitments. People buy after tiny, consistent yeses. First-principles wise, you need a micro-commitment before asking for a call.

Do this instead - three steps you can do today:
1) Pick one micro-commitment: a one-question quiz, an outcome picker, or a single checkbox.
2) Swap long forms for that micro-commitment, then show a clear next step and booking link.
3) Automate a personalized follow-up that references their answer within 10 minutes.
and the AI prompt we use to write that follow-up:
Write a 2-line message that references the user's answer, restates the specific outcome they picked, and ends with a low-friction booking link. Tone: curious and helpful.
It works because small yeses reduce friction and trigger commitment bias

We do the mapping so you can plug it straight into your funnel. #Clientsai #ClientsAI #clientacquisition
