Stop launching funnels before you know what a client needs - I watched a founder send one tiny message that revealed everything. The old move - rush the shiny thing - here’s the cleaner play that saves time and energy.

Stop launching funnels before you know what a client needs - I watched a founder send one tiny message that revealed everything. The old move - rush the shiny thing - here’s the cleaner play that saves time and energy.
1) They pitched fixes first - meaning they tried to look confident, but missed the real bottleneck.
2) The cost was wasted ad spend and three stalled conversations - money and momentum gone.
3) They treated discovery like a checkbox (classic - everyone does this), instead of a short, targeted question that surfaces the real job.
4) Because of that sequence the team scrambled to build the wrong solutions - we were reacting; now we sequence to prevent it.
5) The correction - ask the one question that makes everything else obvious - then design the funnel for that answer.
6) Result - less frantic work, fewer late pivots, cleaner energy for actual product improvements.
7) Small truth - this isn’t sexy, it’s boring and it works; also yes, I still catch myself skipping it sometimes.
If you want the single message template I’d send that founder, DM: CLIENT FLOW CHEATSHEET
