I wish someone told me years ago: adding traffic is the lazy answer - the real wins come from removing choices before a prospect can say no. Across 28 funnels we built at Clients.ai we saw a median ~38% lift in qualified bookings when we made the next step obvious and took away every competing path.

Across 28 funnels we built at Clients.ai we saw a median ~38% lift in qualified bookings when we made the next step obvious and took away every competing path. surprising, right? Most founders chase more eyeballs while prospects are quietly quitting because too many decisions trigger doubt.
What that reveals: your funnel isn't losing leads to price or offer, it's losing them to friction and choice overload - the brain prefers a clear next move.
Do this now:
- pick one single next step (call, book, download) and make it the only CTA above the fold
- remove or hide any secondary links/buttons that compete
- rewrite your hero to a one-line micro-promise that points to that one action
Quick test you can run with AI: paste your current hero and ask "rewrite this so the only CTA is booking a 15-min call, simplify to one sentence, make it outcome-focused."
and yes it felt risky at first
