I stopped blaming demos - prospects were dodging decisions

In brief
I stopped blaming demos - prospects were dodging decisions. I was on a $9,600 ad test last month when it clicked - numbers told the real story. Three similar-looking mistakes that hide the real drag: 1) Bad creative - everyone blames “lead quality” but the real issue is missing buy-in from the decision-maker.

I was on a $9,600 ad test last month when it clicked - numbers told the real story.
Three similar-looking mistakes that hide the real drag:
1) Bad creative - everyone blames “lead quality” but the real issue is missing buy-in from the decision-maker.
2) Price pushback - looks like money, but it's usually timing: $2,000 isn't the blocker, the ROI story is.
3) Feature calls - they pivot to specs to avoid committing - ugh!
Spot which one by one metric - time-to-decision and who's on the invite. Wait - that's the lever to pull first.
Fix that and $8k ad draws can turn into $18k in booked work faster than creative tweaks ever will. 🔍
