3) "Busy" funnels with a human babysitter
They look similar because they show activity. Here's the 3-step test I use at Clients.ai to tell which one matters:
- If it books a call or closes a sale without you, it's real.
- If it runs again next week with less time, it's sustainable.
- If you can hand it to an agent (AI or human) without loss, it's repeatable.
