Browser compatibility issues

Which browsers work best?

Best experience:

• Chrome (recommended)
• Firefox
• Edge (Chromium version)
• Safari (Mac only)

Might have issues:

• Internet Explorer (not supported at all)
• Old versions of any browser

Specific browser problems

Safari issues

Problem: Can't click buttons

• Update Safari to latest version
• Go to Safari → Preferences → Privacy
• Uncheck "Prevent cross-site tracking"
• Reload page

Problem: Forms won't submit

• Disable Safari's content blockers
• Try in Chrome instead

Firefox issues

Problem: Slow loading

• Disable Firefox tracking protection for app.clients.ai
• Click shield icon in address bar
• Turn off protection for this site

Problem: Agent pages won't load

• Check if Enhanced Tracking Protection is blocking scripts
• Set app.clients.ai to "Standard" protection

Mobile browser issues

Problem: Can't select Agents on phone

• This is expected - use desktop for setup
• Mobile is for viewing results only

Problem: Links don't work on iPhone

• Update iOS to latest version
• Try Safari instead of in-app browsers (like Facebook/Instagram)
• Copy link and paste in real Safari

Ad blocker problems

If you use AdBlock, uBlock, etc:

1. Whitelist app.clients.ai
2. Or disable ad blocker entirely for this site
3. Reload page

Symptoms of ad blocker interfering:

• Buttons don't work
• Pages won't load
• "Undefined" errors
• Images missing

Cookie problems

If you block cookies:

• Clients.ai won't work without cookies
• Enable cookies for app.clients.ai
• Chrome: Settings → Privacy → Cookies → Allow all
• Firefox: Settings → Privacy → Standard

JavaScript disabled

Symptoms:

• Nothing works
• Blank pages
• Error messages

Fix:

• JavaScript MUST be enabled
• Chrome: Settings → Privacy → Site Settings → JavaScript → Allowed
• Firefox: about:config → javascript.enabled → true

Specific errors

"Mixed content blocked"

• You're on http:// instead of https://
• Always use https://app.clients.ai
• Update your bookmark

"Insecure connection"

• Your antivirus might be interfering
• Temporarily disable it
• Or add app.clients.ai to exceptions

"Cross-origin request blocked"

• Your browser settings are too strict
• Reset browser to defaults
• Or use Chrome

Device-specific issues

iPad/tablet

• Works fine for viewing
• Setup requires real desktop/laptop
• No touch-optimized builder (yet)

Chromebook

• Works perfectly in Chrome browser
• Don't use Android app version

Old computers

Minimum requirements:

• 4GB RAM
• Modern browser (less than 2 years old)
• Stable internet

If your computer is slow:

• Close other tabs
• Close other programs
• Upgrade browser
• Consider using a newer device

Testing if browser is the problem

Quick test:

1. Open incognito/private window
2. Go to app.clients.ai
3. Log in
4. Try the thing that wasn't working

If it works in incognito:

• Problem is a browser extension or cache
• Clear cache and cookies
• Disable all extensions
• Re-enable one by one to find culprit

If it STILL doesn't work:

• Try completely different browser
• Try from your phone
• Problem might not be browser-related
