What if the AI says something incorrect or off-brand?
While our Agents strive to be accurate and on-message, they can occasionally slip up. The good news: you have full control. You can preview every agent action before it goes live using the "Test" or "Simulate" buttons in your Flow.
If you spot anything amiss—wrong information, off-brand tone—you can correct it by updating the Agent's training or adding custom instructions in the "Overrides" text box. The system learns from these corrections. You can also step into any live interaction if needed.
With ongoing guidance, your Agents consistently stay on point. Test rigorously before launching to ensure everything is exactly as you want it.
