What your Connector's Live Activity shows you

The Connector is the part of your flow that finds and warms up prospects on LinkedIn automatically. Instead of running silently in the background, it shows you everything it does in real time—right on your flow dashboard, inside the Connector card.

How to find it

Log in, open the flow you want to check, and look at the Connector card. You'll see a list of activity rows—one per action, newest first. Each row shows what the Connector did, who it did it to, and when. Click any row to see the full detail on that person.

What each row can show

  • New prospect found — Someone on LinkedIn matched your ideal client criteria. Includes name, headline, company, and how the Connector found them.
  • Evaluated — The Connector checked how well this person fits your audience and why.
  • Warmed up — The Connector liked a post, left a comment, or endorsed a skill. Click to see exactly what it wrote.
  • Invite sent — A personalized connection request went out. Click to see the exact note.
  • Invite accepted — They connected.
  • Reply received — They replied to the Connector's opening message.
  • Passed to your Sales Agent — The conversation is ready for your Sales Agent to pick up.
  • Skipped — The Connector passed on this person and noted why—a capacity pause, a do-not-contact flag, or a fit issue.

Four states you might see

Depending on where your flow stands, the card will show one of four states:

  1. Flow not activated — A prompt to activate your flow first.
  2. Connector off — A "Connector is paused" message with a quick way to turn it back on.
  3. Connector on, nothing yet — "Looking for your first prospects" with a scanning pulse while it gets started.
  4. Connector on with activity — The full live feed, updating as it works.

What you see when you click a row

Click any activity row to see:

  • Their profile — name, headline, company, location, and a link to their LinkedIn
  • The exact action — the invite note, comment text, or reason it was skipped
  • How they were found — the keyword, hashtag, or post that led the Connector to them
  • Where things stand — what's happened so far and what comes next

Everything you need to understand exactly what happened—and why—without leaving your dashboard. No black box, no guessing.
