How to view, organize, and export your leads
Access all your leads at /leads
Leads list page
Main table columns
- Name - Lead's full name (if provided)
- Email - Email address
- Source - Which Flow they came from
- Date - When they entered the Flow
- Status - New, Contacted, Qualified, etc.
- Actions - View details, Edit, Delete
Features
Pagination:
- Shows 10-50 leads per page
- Page navigation at bottom
- Total lead count displayed
Search Bar:
- Search by name, email, or company
- Real-time filtering
- Case-insensitive
Filter Options:
- Filter by Flow
- Filter by date range
- Filter by status
Bulk Actions:
- Select multiple leads with checkboxes
- Export selected leads
- Delete selected leads
- Tag or categorize (if feature enabled)
Lead detail view
Click on a lead to see:
Contact information
- Full name
- Email address
- Website URL (if provided)
- Phone (if collected)
Source data
- Which Flow they came from
- Referral source (if tracked)
- UTM parameters
- Submission date and time
Engagement history
- Emails sent
- Emails opened
- Links clicked
- Pages visited
- Last activity date
Form and conversation context
- Form answers, if collected
- Sales Agent conversation context, when available
- Any custom fields tied to the Flow
Notes section
- Add private notes about this lead
- Log calls or conversations
- Set reminders or follow-up tasks
Actions
- Send manual email
- Add to different Flow
- Update status
- Export contact info

Importing leads
CSV import feature
Step 1: Prepare your CSV
Required column: email
Optional columns: name, first_name, last_name, website, phone, company
First row must be headers.
Example CSV:
email,name,website,company
john@example.com,John Smith,example.com,Acme Corp
Step 2: Upload
- Go to /leads
- Click "Import Leads" button
- Select your CSV file
- Map columns if headers don't match exactly
- Choose which Flow to associate imported leads with
- Click "Import"
Step 3: Review
- System validates emails
- Shows any errors or duplicates
- Confirm import
- Leads appear in table immediately
Deduplication: System checks for existing emails and either skips or updates based on your preference.
Exporting leads
Export all leads
- Go to /leads
- Click "Export" button
- Choose format: CSV
- Choose fields to include
- Download file
Export filtered leads
- Apply filters (by Flow, date, status)
- Click "Export Filtered"
- Only filtered leads are exported
Export from flow page
- Go to Flow details → Leads tab
- Export only leads from that specific Flow
CSV format
- Includes all lead fields
- One row per lead
- Compatible with CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
Lead statuses
You can manually update lead status:
- New - Just entered a Flow, not yet contacted
- Contacted - Follow-up emails sent
- Qualified - High engagement, ready for sales
- Client - Converted to customer
- Unsubscribed - Opted out of communications
Status helps you segment and prioritize your outreach efforts.
