Your Connector's Live Activity

Read the live activity surface on the Connector card and understand what each row means

The Connector lives on the LinkedIn agent card in your Flow. As your assistant finds new prospects, warms them up, and hands them to your sales agent, you'll see each step land on the card in real time.

The four states you might see

The activity surface shows you exactly what's happening right now. It renders in one of four ways.

Activate your flow to start the Connector — Your flow hasn't been turned on yet, so the Connector can't run. Activate the flow and the panel switches over on its own.

Connector is paused — The flow is on, but the Connector toggle is off. Turn the toggle on in the top right of the card and new prospects will start appearing here.

Looking for your first prospects — The Connector is on and scanning. Your assistant hasn't logged any activity yet, but it's looking. The pulse on the search icon means it's working — you don't need to do anything.

Recent activity — The Connector found someone. You'll see a header row with a "live" badge plus a vertical list of the five most recent activities. Each row is clickable.

What each row means

Every row shows one thing your assistant did, with:

  • An activity icon on the left
  • The activity label (for example, "Connection Invite Sent", "Comment Posted", "Lead Replied to Comment")
  • The lead's name and a short detail — their headline, title, or company
  • A relative timestamp like "12m ago" or "May 24 · 3:40 PM"

Click any row to open the full detail view — the lead's profile, the activity payload, where they were discovered, and any error info.

The color code

Rows are color-coded by archetype so you can tell at a glance whether something needs your attention.

Purple — outreach or lifecycle. Your Connector did its job: invited someone, posted a comment, liked or reacted to a post, endorsed a skill, sent an email, bridged across platforms, handed a lead off to your sales agent, discovered a fit prospect, or refreshed its strategy. Nothing to do — this is the everyday work happening.

Amber — blocked. The Connector wanted to do something but held back. Most often this is a pacing limit: your assistant ran out of working hours for the month and waited, or a person-level rule kept us from sending. Click the row to see the exact reason.

Rose — error. Something went wrong on this one. Click the row to read the message. Your assistant will retry on its own when the underlying issue clears.

How often it updates

The card refreshes every few seconds while the Connector is on and the flow is active. When the Connector is off or the flow is paused, the refresh is skipped — there's nothing happening to show.

Where to go deeper

For the full status, working hours capacity, and the last 30 days funnel — from discovery to a warm handoff — click the Connector card body anywhere outside an activity row. The Connector summary modal opens.

To tune who your assistant is looking for, click the Settings button on the card. That opens Connector Settings, where you can pause the Connector, see what your assistant has learned about your offer, and regenerate the strategy whenever your offer shifts.
